STAT. §§ 4a-60, 4a-60g, and 46a-68b through 46a-68f. This contract is subject to state contract compliance requirements, including nondiscrimination statutes and spending allocation goals. There is $826,000.00 in state-funding for this project. State law requires project-specific goals be set for this project based on the project’s needs and available Small Business Enterprises (“SBEs”) and Minority Business Enterprises (“MBEs”). The SBE goal for this project is $56,168.00 (6.80%). The MBE goal for this project is $27,258.00 (3.30%). The selected contractor must demonstrate good faith effort to meet the spending allocation goals.
