Project Description: State of Utah Division of Purchasing is the Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide:Pest Control Services, including General Pest services, Bird Deterrents, and Wildlife Solutions.
This RFP may result in multiple awards. The methodology that will be used to determine the number of awards is: - Vendors must meet all Mandatory Minimum Requirements to proceed to the Technical Evaluation.
- Vendors must score at least 480 of the 800 available points (60%) in the Technical Evaluation to proceed to the Cost Evaluation.
- Vendors who receive a total of at least 600 of the available 1000 total points (technical + cost) will be awarded a contract.
Length of Contract: Five Years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 12 Months
Administrative Fee: .75% (Three fourths of one percent)
