City of Herriman - Solicitation for Utility Billing Software

Project Description: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is intended to solicit information from qualified vendors and serve as the basis to negotiate for software capable of satisfying the City of Herriman’s needs. It is the intent to eventually award a contract for software and professional services to implement a Utility Billing system. Proposers’ responses will be evaluated and ranked based on the criteria described in this RFP and interviews with those vendors selected by the City’s evaluation committee. If, in the team’s opinion, a system(s) is available that meets the City’s needs, the City may enter into contract discussions with the selected proposer.
