Description

The objective of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select an Engineering Consultant to
provide engineering services for all or part of the Project components. Work will include
information review, field investigation, concept, preliminary and detailed design, cost
estimation, alternative options, and all associated work. The Project will include the following
tasks, but not limited to:
- Evaluate structural integrity of the existing wastewater wet well to determine condition
and feasibility of repairing or replacing the wet well.
- Develop and implement a plan to bypass wastewater during construction.
- Prepare and provide Concept, Preliminary and Detailed Design drawings, IFT Drawings,
IFC Drawings and design specifications.
- Upgradation of existing infrastructure as required.
- Utility investigation for the purpose of install.
- Geotechnical investigation and environmental approval applications.
- Tender preparation, evaluation, and contract management.
- Construction and post construction services.
The scope of this RFP includes all required tests of acceptable quality control. The Consultant
will provide the County with all information as required to carry out construction work.
