Annual Contract to Provide Service and Repairs for Emergency Generator Equipment (Detention Center)

Project Description: PLEASE NOTE: Chatham County does not utilize third parties to obtain bids on its behalf.
Chatham County is soliciting competitive bids from qualified contractors to provide service and repairs for emergency generator equipment at the Chatham County Detention Center. The Detention Center is located at 1050 Carl Griffin Drive, Savannah, GA., 31405. During the bidding process, bidders are not to contact any department directly.
ON-SITE VISITS:
On-Site Visits will be conducted by appointment only for potential bidders who may be interested. Submit appointment request through the County’s procurement portal at: https://chathamcountyga.bonfirehub.com/portal, Messages-Vendor Discussions, exclusively to Bernadine P. Bruen, Procurement Specialist. Subject should be: ON-SITE VISIT APPOINTMENT REQUEST. The request should include business email address and contact number for scheduling.
REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT:
DEADLINE TO REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE ON-SITE VISIT: APRIL 10, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
At the end of the deadline, a listing of all appointment requests will be forwarded to the Project Manager, who will coordinate all scheduling.
