Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) is requesting quotes for:

Formal quotes must be attached to be deemed responsive and should reference any state contract and catalog numbers, if applicable, and estimated delivery date.

A) OOD shall base the award on lowest cost.

B) OOD will also base the award on the respondent that is responsive, responsible, and able to complete the work described in the summary.

C) A formal quote must be attached.

D) Respondent shall complete and submit the Certification Statements form if seeking a Buy America, Buy Ohio, and/or a Veterans Preference. If not seeking a preference, Respondent does not need to return the attached form.

Optional Question and Answer Session
Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities  (OOD) will be hosting an OPTIONAL question and answer session to give Respondents an opportunitity to discuss the requirements of the solicitation. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 10:00 AM via Microsoft TEAMS. Questions and answers will be posted in OhioBuys after the question and answer session for Contractors who were unable to attend. Please refer to the attached RFQ for further details.

Mailed, emailed, or faxed responses will NOT be accepted.
