Description
The Municipal District of Willow Creek No. 26 is seeking proposals for the development of one residential parcel in the Hamlet of Granum. Sale of the parcel is through a Request for Proposal process. The parcel is located in the northwest portion of the Hamlet adjacent to Highway 519 and Dufferin Street.
The successful proponent will enter into a property sales agreement with the M.D. of Willow Creek for the property. The sale of land is subject to the registration of a re-purchase caveat requiring that construction must commence within 18 months of the sale date of the property subject to transfer of the property back to the Municipal District if that term is not met.
