Summary:The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is for obtaining the services of qualified contractors readily available to provide fire alarm inspections, testing, and other related services in accordance with the requirements herein. Work will be performed at various facilities such as within office buildings, equipment storage buildings, cafeteria and kitchen sites, equipment shops, material storage buildings, etc. within Hanover County, Virginia.
Services shall be inclusive of all requirements for performing visual inspections, troubleshooting / diagnostics, preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and other associated responsibilities on an as needed / on call basis in accordance with established and documented procedures, schedules, specifications, recommendations, and as identified in the solicitation. Additional services such as unscheduled maintenance repairs, major renovations, new installations, etc. may be requested. - Round Information:This amendment serves only to correct the information in the Summary field. No addendum issued with this correction.
