| Bid Synopsis: |
The purpose of this Request for Bid (RFB) document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a bid for DCF Investigative Services for services outlined in Attachment E, Scope of Services.
DCF is seeking to procure private sector investigative services to provide surveillance, observation, fact gathering and other exhaustive background research, utilizing public and private data sources that are not available to DCF staff, including criminal background checks in other states, to help determine if child care providers and recipients are committing fraud. Services will also include reporting, testifying at hearings, and meetings with the DCF Program Administrator. Questions should be submitted as described in the Bid Document section 1.5. Do not submit questions through eSupplier. |
