Description

A MANDATORY site meeting will be held at 2PM (AST) on Thursday, February 6th, 2025 at the Project
location in Dominion, NS. A Confidentiality Agreement must be signed and received by WCB prior to the
site visit to receive the full address of site.
2. INTENT TO BID must be received no later than 4PM (AST) on Tuesday, February 4th, 2025. Intent to bid
is provided by submitting the Confidentiality Agreement (Appendix A) to email address below.
3. Quotation must be submitted using the Bid Submission Form in Appendix B, and received by the WCB,
by 4PM (AST) on Thursday, February 20th, 2025. No Late responses will be accepted.
4. Request for Quotation must be submitted electronically by email in a single PDF file, prior to the
submission deadline to the following email address: Tenders@wcb.ns.ca .
