This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91151-26-Q-A026. This combined synopsis/solicitation document incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 effective 13 March 2026 and DFARS Defense Publication Notice Current to DPN: 24 October 2025.
MICC Fort Hood intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract to obtain professional suicide prevention and awareness training services for 1st Cavalry Division’s Suicide Prevention Summit. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611430 – Professional and Management Development Training, Business Size Standard $15 million. This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside acquisition. Please see attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for full requirement details.
The contractor shall provide evidence-based suicide prevention training delivered by qualified professionals. Training shall include instruction on recognizing warning signs, intervention strategies, communication skills, crisis response, and available support resources.The contractor shall provide training sessions tailored to the specific needs of the audience, including leaders, supervisors, and general personnel. Each session shall be delivered within a 60–90-minute timeframe unless otherwise directed by the Government. The contractor shall furnish all required training materials, including presentation slides, handouts, and digital resources necessary to support effective instruction.

This solicitation will close at 12:00 PM Central Daylight Time on April 14, 2026. Quotations received after this date and time will be considered late in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(f) and will not be evaluated. The Contracting Officer intends to make an award without discussions; however, that does not prevent the Contracting Officer from holding discussions if it is in the
best interests of the government. All quotes must reference and acknowledge all amendments posted to this solicitation, if applicable.
