Trade contract prequalification’s, as detailed below, are requested in regard to Brentwood Park Elementary School Addition – Phase 1, Burnaby, BC.
The following prequalification submissions will be accepted for the following trades at the offices of the Construction Manager not later than2:00 PM local time, Thursday, February 27, 2025:

C-004 Mechanical
C-005 Electrical
The Brentwood Park Elementary School project in Burnaby consists of 2 phases of improvements to increase capacity to meet community growth, improve safety through seismic upgrades and modernize the facility through renovations. School District 41 has partnered with Unitech Construction Management and Station One Architects to complete the project. This prequalification includes the Phase 1 scope only as follows: a BC Hydro power service upgrade, civil earthworks with concrete foundations for a new structural steel two-storey classroom and gymnasium addition. Also included are a new 103 stall parking lot, a new fire access route, grading and drainage upgrades to the playground and relocation of the existing sports court. This work will all be completed while the school continues to operate.
Phase 2 will be tendered in the spring for renovations to the existing school including seismic upgrades, classroom renovations, a new main entrance, gender-neutral washrooms and a childcare addition.
