Installation of Sanitary Sewer Laterals - Contract 2026-1

Project Description: From time to time, the Owner requires the installation of lateral sewers from existing sewer mains to serve adjacent properties. This project includes the installation of any and all lateral installations required during calendar year 2026, with the option to extend the Contract to also include calendar years 2027 and 2028. The work includes all labor, materials and equipment required to install these laterals including mobilization/demobilization, excavation, bedding, backfill, sanitary sewer pipe and fittings, manholes, connections to the existing mains, temporary restoration of paved areas, and temporary and final restoration of all unpaved areas. Final restoration of paved areas will be performed by others. The Owner cannot guarantee the number of lateral installations required during the length of the Contract.
