Description
The City of Beaumont’s budgeting and forecasting solution is supplied by Questica Software Inc. The City intends to renew the license subscription for five years from February 9, 2025 to February 8, 2030 to ensure continuity of service.
The rationale for this sole source is a significant financial barrier to the municipality to change to a product that is interwoven into other systems costing resource time and negatively impacting user experience. The City intends to implement an ERP system and Questica will be integrated into this system. Switching to a different budgeting and forecasting platform would involve initial setup and training costs along with ongoing support costs.
Questions regarding this notice are to be sent to the Procurement Contact.
