Project Description: (DHHS / DCFS) The purpose of this request for proposals (“RFP”) is for the Utah Department of Health and Human Services (“DHHS”, the conducting procurement unit) to enter into a contract with a single qualified Offeror to provide domestic violence (“DV”) shelter services in Price, Utah. The initial contract period will be between the start date of the contract and June 30, 2027. A description of the services is in the Scope of Work (“SOW”) posted with this RFP.
