Description: One, clean, approved, U.S. or foreign flag, double-hull tanker, with an inert gas system and segregated ballast tanks that is capable of carrying a minimum of 240,000 bbls of clean product (intentions JP5, MUR, and F76) within vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation.

Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is the Western Pacific / Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Daesan, Korea); and the place/range of redelivery is the Singapore, Singapore, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Singapore). The laydays commence 25 December and cancel 26 December 2025, and the period of performance will be about 60 days.

Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The Deputy Associate Director of Small Business Programs has concurred with this decision.
