Scope of Services
The District is seeking proposals from qualified firms interested in leasing designated District-owned land, building space, rooftop areas, or existing vertical structures districtwide for the purpose of designing, permitting, constructing, installing, operating, and maintaining new wireless communication facilities. Facilities may include, but are not limited to, stealth flagpole towers, monopoles, small wireless facilities, antennas, radio equipment, fiber connections, cabinets, backup power equipment, equipment shelters, utility connections, fencing, access improvements, and related appurtenances necessary to support wireless communication services.
