The City of Redwood City is solicitating bids for the Demolition of Existing Senior Center Project.
The base work of this project consists generally of, without limitation, complete demolition of existing senior center and annex building totaling approximately 25,000 square feet, including mitigation/abatement/removal of hazardous materials; full removal of existing foundations; cutting and capping of existing utility services for the buildings at the main; backfilling and surface restoration as necessary; soil amendment; and replanting with grass. The contract documents fully describe the work.
