Cisco SMARTnet Maintenance Services

Project Description: Wake County's IT Department is requesting bids for Cisco SMARTnet Maintenance Services Renewal. Please see included Excel Pricing Sheet. All bids must be submitted through the Bonfire/Euna portal. Any partial bids will not be accepted.
Vendors please read carefully:
• For quotation purposes, the coverage period should be 10/16/25- 10/15/26. *Exceptions noted in spreadsheet.
• Vendors should note there are multiple service levels listed in the attached spreadsheet, representing our 8x5 NBD (SNT), 24x7x4 (SNTP), and our SWSS contracts. Current contract numbers are listed.
• We are only interested in renewing the items in the attached list. Cisco's system may show us owning other assets, but we are not targeting those excluded items at this time.
• It would also be greatly beneficial if all vendors could price the equipment according to our spreadsheet layout and order. Also please provide line-item costs (Column I) as we submit specific items for reimbursement.

All bid responses must be from Cisco Gold partners or above. Only Cisco SMARTnet Service Levels directly with Cisco will be considered.
