Description:
Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Roof Sealing, Silicone Coating, Repair, Removal and Replacement services at the Dry Creek Maintenance Station. Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, parts, travel, disposal, permits, and incidentals necessary to apply 7,200 square feet (sq. ft.) of commercial silicone coating, remove and install new 200 sq. ft. roof system, and replace one (1) electric upblast roof exhaust fan.
Bidder shall be a certified small business registered with the Department of General Services (DGS).
