ABAQUS Software Licenses

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ), on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Armaments Center (DEVCOM-AC), is conducting market research to assess the capability of businesses to provide ABAQUS (SIMULIA) Software Subscription Licenses, along with ABAQUS Maintenance Enhancement & Support (MES) Software and Software License Subscriptions.

The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 541519 – Other Computer Related Services with a Small Business Size Standard of $34,000,000. The Product Service Code is 7A20 - IT and Telecom – Application Development Software (Perpetual License Software).

All businesses are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their capabilities statement.

Respondents are requested to provide the following information:

• Current product catalog


• Brochure or other documentation clearly outlining Simulia ABAQUS product offerings (Refer to the attached Purchase Description for specific items and quantities)


• Firm name and address


• Point of contact (including telephone number and email address)


• CAGE Code and DUNS number


• Size of business (i.e. large, small, disadvantaged, veteran owned, woman owned, etc.)
