Description

This request is for a stainless steel SMR Maxi Cabinet, or equal to. This type of cabinet meets the needs of our ENT NP s scope of work to deliver the proper care to our Veterans. It is equipped with otoscope head and light source. There currently is no cabinet cart for our new provider and this addition is fundamental to providing the proper patient care. This request is for brand name or equal to SMR MAXI Cabinet: Stainless Steel, Standard, Pressure/Vacuum Unit. (Boyd Industries, Inc.)
Specifications and requirement are listed in the attached document under Statement of Work.
