Contact Station building, with a roof area measuring approximately 2,600 square feet
with asphalt shingles. The building measures approximately 34' by 70', with a 3 on
12 roof slope. Refer to the pictures of the building in the appendix. The existing
roofing materials shall be removed and disposed of offsite.
Prospective bidders should attend the site visit.
