This solicitation is Stage II: Invitation to Interview of a multistage selection process for construction services. Only Contractors short listed by the Selection Committee during the Stage I: Request for Proposals process for this project are invited to interview and submit cost proposals during this stage of the selection process.

Project Description: The Monticello Academy Expansion is a 19,000 square foot addition designed to accommodate the school’s continued growth and enhance the student experience. The new two-story expansion will provide a variety of program spaces, including standard classrooms, restrooms, a modern library, a dedicated music room, and a new elevator to improve accessibility. Minor re model within existing facility to support the operations and circulation of the expansion.
Construction Cost Estimate: $4,150,000.00
