Real Estate Leasing Services - Retail/Commercial/Office Spaces in Salt Lake City

Project Description: The Housing Authority of Salt Lake City (“HASLC”) and its affiliate, Housing Assistance Management Enterprise (“HAME”), are seeking qualified real estate brokerage firms to provide leasing and marketing services for retail, commercial, and office spaces located within current and upcoming HASLC/HAME developments. These entities are long-standing developers and owners of affordable and mixed-income housing throughout Salt Lake City, with more than 30 years of experience and a portfolio exceeding 35 properties.
The selected firm will provide comprehensive brokerage and advisory services, including development of leasing strategies, marketing campaigns, tenant outreach, and negotiation support. HASLC seeks to secure commercial tenants that enhance and complement the surrounding residential communities. Example sites include The Grove, Capitol Homes, 9th East Lofts, and West Temple Offices, among other planned developments.
