Work includes temporary removal and storage of approximately 212 solar panels and associated components; roof deck repairs as required, complete removal and replacement of the existing PVC roofing system including membrane, insulation, roof coverboard, air barrier, flashings, fascia, gutters, downspouts, and rain barrels; and reinstallation, reconnection, and testing of the solar panel
