Project Description: Stage II Invitation to Bid
Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
Project Description: Replace 2 RTUs on the roof of the Liquor Store. Add a step ladder and walk pads on the roof. Replace curbs and thermostats, remove duct detectors from all RTUs.
Construction Cost Estimate: $120,000.00
