Summary

The Ohio Department of Transportation (hereafter referred to as the Department) is seeking bids for dry pavement marking retroreflectivity measurements collected with a 30-meter mobile retroreflectometer unit (MRU), and wet recovery retroreflectivity readings with a handheld retroreflectometer or MRU. The purpose of this project is to perform activities related to acquiring pavement marking retroreflectivity data. Collected retroreflectivity data will provide immediate
feedback to establish pavement marking needs and will aid the Department in the Quality Control/Quality Assurance of pavement markings placed on state highways.
