PROJECT NO. 1402 ON-CALL MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL/PLUMBING (MEP) ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES

The City of Baltimore Department of General Services (DGS), Capital Projects Division, has been authorized to request the Office of Boards and Commissions (OBC) to advertise Project 1402 for On-Call Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP) Engineering Design services for the City of Baltimore from qualified Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP) Engineering firms. It is the expectation of the City’s that interested firms providing these services must demonstrate and document the following services for the City of Baltimore.

The services may include but are not limited to assisting the City’s Capital Projects Division with studies, implementing and applying design and engineering principals, designs for repairs, renovations, and upgrades to a variety of City-owned or maintained structures, developing construction documents, commissioning, bid analysis, post-award services, maintenance of project records and documentation, review of contractor’s application for payment, attendance at progress meetings, preparation of record drawings, review of contract claims and supports, estimating, scheduling, project engineering, constructability reviews, submittal reviews and responses, RFI reviews and responses, and construction contract administrative support.
