The Project consists of but not limited to: Removal and storage of existing unit interior materials, including, but not limited to: cabinetry and countertops, plumbing appliances and fixtures, and flooring surfaces to joists. New work includes structural repairs to floor framing, installation of new subfloor and reinstallation of removed items. The work is estimated to cost $67,700.00.
