Synopsis
The Missouri Department of Transportation has determined that only one source, Kessler Soils Engineering Products, Inc., can provide the Department with the Mit-Dowel-Scan, no rail dowel bar scanning system that accurately evaluated dowel bar alignment. The Mit-Dowel-Scan technology is proprietary and only available from the manufacturer or a single distributor. The contract period is from data of award through one-year.
