THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR BID. Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details.
The State of Minnesota (State) is seeking to purchase approximately 600 cubic yards of Class V delivered to location of latitude 48.763 longitude -96.492 northwest of Lake Bronson State Park for future WMA road improvement
The Contractor(s) must be able to provide the aggregate listed in Exhibit C of the Contract document. The State reserves the right to use any Contract that may result from this Solicitation.
SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Questions from prospective Responders regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to sheri.karpenko@state.mn.us no later than June 6, 2025, 2:00 PM CT. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum. Contact regarding this solicitation with any State personnel other than the Buyer listed above may result in rejection of the response.
