The construction of the hibernaculum will require the excavation of an 11 feet deep, 20 foot by 20 foot wide hole. Once excavated, the hole is then to be layered with materials including concrete slabs and boulders. Close attention will be needed in the placement of the materials to ensure that adequately sized voids are present throughout the entire hibernaculum to allow for snake passage from the surface and to provide a hibernation chambers. Erection of a chain link fence with gate.
