NOTE: BID TERM FOR ALL COMMODITIES JS (1) YEAR OR UNTIL DECEMBER 31. 2026.
Bid Specifications and Procedures may be obtained by contacting the Stone County Purchasing Department at 601-
928-5266 in the Stone County Courthouse located at 323 East Cavers Ave., Wiggins, MS 39577 on Monday through
Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. A bid package will be available for each item listed.
Information concerning these bids may also be obtained from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com .
All bids submitted must be sealed and clearly labeled on the outside of the bid envelopes as instructed in the bid
package and delivered to the Purchasing Department at the above address or electronic bids may be submitted at
www.centralbidding.com. For questions related to the electronic bidding process, please contact Central Bidding at
225-810-4814.
The Board ofSupervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, or any part ofany or all bids based
on a lowest and best bid determination in the best interest ofStone County. The Board reserves the right to waive
any informalities.
