City of Edmonton
The City of Edmonton (the “City”) invites bidders to submit bids for this Opportunity for the provision of maintenance Services for the City’s truck scales located at the Edmonton Waste Management Center (EWMC) and Aggregate sites. Maintenance Services include annual calibration of scales, routine maintenance, pit cleaning, repairs, and steam cleaning. The Work to be performed by the successful bidder is outlined in the Description of Work document attached to the Form of Agreement Section in the SAP Ariba platform.

The intended term of Contract is 3 years, commencing March 16, 2026. In its sole discretion, the City may extend the Term on the same terms and conditions for up to 7 additional year(s). The length of any extension(s) will be at the City’s sole discretion.
It is the City's intention to enter into the Contract with only one bidder.
