This is being resolicited as no eligible quotes were received.

The State of Ohio - Department of Administrative Services is soliciting for electricalsServices and parts

Please review the attached documents which contain the scope of work.

Service walk throughs can be scheduled between May 21 - 22, 2026 and May 26 - May 28, 2026 from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm. Please contact Dennis Blair to schedule a site visit at Dennis.Blair@das.ohio.gov or (614) 644-1949.

Only suppliers that have attended a site walkthrough will be eligible for award selection.

Awarded supplier must schedule work within 5 days of purchase order receipt. Work to commence Monday through Friday during Fulfillment business hours of operation, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Supplier must provide detailed quote/proposal of cost breakdown to align with submitted bid total.  Please also attach a document that includes bidder contact name,  bidder contact phone number, email address, and bidder service department phone number.

Please be sure to include the applicable state contract number in the contract column of the grid.  If a state contract number is not provided, the proposal will not be considered as referencing a State contract and a written contract may be executed by DAS.

Completion of the grid is required and will be considered the response for evaluation.

Selection of a bidder for award will be based on the lowest and responsive and responsible quote.

All responders to this solicitation must be fully registered as a Supplier to do business with the State of Ohio.  Please follow all steps below to be fully registered.

All suppliers should register as a Payee at https://ohiopays.ohio.gov/.  OhioPays is the system where businesses and individuals monitor payments and update their profile when needed.

Suppliers must be properly registered with the Ohio Secretary of State by navigating to https://www.ohiosos.gov/businesses/

Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible quote.
