Town of Vegreville
1.1.1. This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by the Town of Vegreville (the “Town”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals to conduct a Transportation Needs Assessment. This study will evaluate the current and future transportation needs of the municipality and provide actionable recommendations to guide future planning and investment.
1.1.2. The primary goal of this assessment is to understand the transportation-related needs of residents, businesses, and visitors within the Town of Vegreville. The study will include a comprehensive review of:
a. Active transportation options such as walkability, curb ramps, and bicycle infrastructure (e.g., bicycle stands, lanes).
b. Accessibility and inclusivity for all demographics and mobility levels.
c. Potential additional transportation services (e.g., shuttle systems).
d. Transportation-related infrastructure improvements, upgrades, or additions (e.g., sidewalks, walking paths).
1.2. Submission of RFP
1.2.1. Proposals will include one USB electronic copy in a sealed envelope marked:

1.2.2. Proposals will be accepted up to Monday, October 27, 2025, at 4:30 PM.
1.2.3. Submissions received after the closing date and time will not be considered. Proposals via email or facsimile will not be accepted.
