The City of Richmond, Virginia (the "City"), on behalf of the Department of Public Utilities ("DPU"), seeks bids from qualified firms for the provision of certain domestic plumbing fittings, pipes, and related accessories. DPU has an ongoing need for domestic plumbing fittings, pipes, and accessories. This IFB standardizes specifications and minimizes non-compliant materials across state and federally funded projects, in accordance with City design standards.
