Project Description: OVC is conducting a market assessment to explore options for roads, trails, storm drain maintenance, winter operations, and related public works services. This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to gather information regarding vendor capabilities, service models, staffing, equipment availability, and preliminary budgetary pricing. OVC welcomes responses from firms capable of providing either full-service support or specialized services within a particular area of expertise. Respondents are encouraged to submit information for any individual service category, including roads, trails, storm drain systems, winter operations, or related maintenance functions.
This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) and does not constitute a commitment to procure services. Responses to this RFI will be used solely for planning and informational purposes and will not be used to prequalify or disqualify future proposers.
