Project Description: Barron’s Branch District Opportunity:
Hunt, as Master Developer for Waco Downtown Redevelopment Project, is seeking qualified partners to propose on eight parcels (totaling ~8.5 acres) surrounding the new 12-acre Barron’s Branch Park. The vision for this first phase of development calls for more than one million GSF of transformational mixed-use development, including retail, multifamily housing, office, and structured parking, designed to complement the civic amenities and activate the district year-round.

We invite you to review and respond to RFP solicitation for private mixed-use development in the Barron’s Branch District. The due date for proposals is March 12, 2026.
