The University of Texas at San Antonio (“University” or “UTSA”) is soliciting proposals from qualifiedvendors (“Proposers”) in the field of Museum Management Software Services for The Institute of TexanCultures (ITC) to include ticketing, tour scheduling, and gathering basic visitor information for thepurpose of programming. Contractor must have a comprehensive Museum Management System (MMS)and ability to sell and manage admissions, tours, special events, memberships; cultivate strongrelationships with visitors, donors, and future visitors; plan, market, and execute events andprogramming. Implementing a Museum Management System is a strategic investment that willsignificantly improve the ITC's operational efficiency, diversify our revenue sources, and position theinstitute for future growth. Services to perform work (Work) more specifically described in Section 5.4(Scope of Work) of this Request for Proposal number 743-2025-RFP-1288 (RFP).
