This acquisition is being solicited under Invitation for Bids W912C326BA003 as 100% WOMEN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (WOSB) Set -Aside. The NAICS code is 236220 with a size standard of $45 Million.

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, MICC-Fort Buchanan has a requirement for Building 504 Renovation at Fort Buchanan Puerto Rico.

The solicitation W912C326BA003 will be available on or about 29 May 2026 with a closing date within 15 days of the solicitation posting (see solicitation for specific dates) posted via sam.gov.
