Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
This project includes deep cleaning, topside, at 15 Missile Alert Facilities (MAF) in accordance with Performance Work Statement dated 27 Aug 2025.
Refer to Attachment 2 MFR CUI (Controlled Unclassified Nuclear Information) Receipt - Contractor sign and return this document in order to obtain the MAF Map and Layout CUI document. This CUI map and layout documents are necessary to understand the full scope of the requirement. Without submission of Attachment 2, and compliance with NIST SP 800-171 assessment, the contractor shall not have access to this CUI information. Assessments shall be valid within the past three (3) years and have a score of 110. If NIST SP 800-171 score in Supplier Risk Module (SPRS) is below 110, a plan of improvement must be submitted with the proposal. If score is 110, no other information is needed.

Additional documents needed in proposal submission include Quality Control Plan and 2-page maximum Past Performance.

Site Visit is not offered. Refer to Attachment 7 Prebid Questions and Answers 3 Sept 25 for responses to questions received.
