NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP No. 25252020 – Eminent Domain Appraisal Review Services – for Seldon Rd Extension Phase II: Windy Bottom/Beverly Lakes Rd to Pittman Rd Project

The Contractor shall provide Professional Right of Way review appraisal services for the purposes of eminent domain-related transactions for the subject project.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately March 2025 to December 2027.  Cost of these professional services is less than $50,000.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms. Submittals must be received no later than March 27, 2025 prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
