The City of Warner Robins (hereinafter “City”) is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase of
Romac Alpha Couplings.
Approximate lead times for each item must be stated. Bids should include all shipping costs and associated charges to be shipped F.O.B. Destination.
All questions must be submitted through IonWave by the designated date and time of Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time.
Each prospective bidder must upload and submit your bid with all required documents through IonWave by the designated date and time of Friday, August 7, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time.
The bid will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City, price, availability, and other factors considered. The City reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
