NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE



THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS.



This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10 USC 3204(a), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) intends to award a sole source contract to



Techsource Inc located in Los Alamos, NM, 87544



The anticipated period of performance will be for a three-month base period with two (2) three-month option periods and a one- month option period. The Government is considering a total duration of 10-month order to provide time to award a competitive solicitation for a five-year award for this requirement.



The Government anticipates the award of the five-year competitive action by the end of fiscal year 2025.



Techsource will provide technical, analytical, and liaison support to implement systems engineering principles for requirements management. Support is needed in the following areas: requirements management policy and process development and execution; identification and development of requirements; conduct of requirements traceability; technical development, implementation, management and maintenance of requirements repository tool; requirements decomposition and integration; requirements analysis including conflicts and risks; requirements verification and validation; configuration management of requirements; requirements management support to specific programs.



This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
