Project Description: This project provides a new breakroom and office space for Delta employees in the existing tug drive area at Terminal 1. The work of this project includes the procurement and erection of a premanufactured building. Also included is the demolition and repair of a portion of the existing concrete slab for new plumbing work as well as electrical in this building. HVAC scope includes three new refrigerant fan coil units and associated condenser located outside. Additionally, there will be one heat recovery unit with an associated electric duct heater. New plumbing scope involves a kitchen sink, electric water heater, and open fixture waste. Fire protection will be modified to accommodate the new space. Electrical scope includes installation of a new electrical panel fed from an existing switchboard in the lower level of Terminal 1 to serve the new breakroom/office space and associated mechanical equipment. The building fire alarm system is extended to provide coverage of the new space. The telecommunication scope will include providing network infrastructure to support the new office space and conference room.
