Project Description: The City of Bethlehem will receive sealed Bids online via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) for 2026 01 EC and GC 2 MG Drinking Water Reservoir Replacement until 10:00 AM, February 11, 2026 at which time they shall be opened electronically and publicly posted on PennBid’s website.
Plans and specifications are available at no cost on PennBid. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on January 28, 2026, 10:00 AM at City Hall to answer any questions. All prospective bidders are required to attend.
