Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, therefore, please do not submit requests. The approved sources for this item are Lord Corporation CAGE 30061 and Lord Corporation CAGE 76005. Any manufacturer, other than the approved sources, who would like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract. This requirement is for a total quantity of 1,213 each. The required delivery is 915 days ARO to New Cumberland, PA for CLIN 0001, 90 DAYS ARO for CLIN 0002 – Contractor First Article Test and 765 DAYS ARO for CLIN 0003 – Government Production Lot Test. This is an Unrestricted Acquisition. FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin applies. This is a Army Critical Safety Item. Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The estimated solicitation issue date is 1/30/2025. The anticipated closing date is 2/14/2025.
