Description:

Bid price shall include all charges for all necessary construction processes that would be required for the installation and replacement of granite curbing, ADA ramps, and cement or bituminous concrete sidewalks at various locations, including (but not limited to) Alba Road, Amherst Road, Bernard Road, Dover Road, Elmwood Road, Ingraham Road, Kingsbury Street, Linden Street, Linwood Road, Martin Road, Wall Street, and Windemere Road in the Town of Wellesley. Included shall be all necessary construction processes that would be necessary to install and replace granite curbing in accordance with Town of Wellesley standards and specifications and in compliance with ADA & AAB regulations. Any site mobilization equipment, and traffic management devices including, but not limited to, reflective cones, barrels, and signs, shall be provided by the contractor. Some work locations require work to be schedule during the overnight.
